EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK — HAWKMAN’s New Official Origin

You have questions? They’ve got answers in Hawkman #7

It’s no secret that if there’s one hero whose back story bends the minds of even the most seasoned comics readers, it’s Hawkman. (Donna Troy’s a reasonably close second.)

But that’s not stopping writer Robert Venditti and line artist Bryan Hitch (plus inker Andrew Currie and colorist Jeremiah Skipper) from taking a crack at it in their terrific series.

From the outset of this run, Carter Hall has been to and fro, trying to unlock the secrets of his ability to reincarnate across time and space.

Finally, we’re promised big answers in Hawkman #7, appropriately titled Origin — so dig this EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW.

Out 12/12, from DC:

Main cover by Hitch and Alex Sinclair
Variant by Julian Totino Tedesco

  1. The Storytelling of this series is off the chain. Forget Batman and Superman, the mystery of Hawkman isn’t slowing down. it’s pace has been picking up
