Dig This Fantastic Photo Gallery of MEZCO’s BATMAN ’66 Deluxe Figure Set

An INSIDE LOOK…

Earlier we posted that Mezco’s anticipated Batman ’66 deluxe 3.75-inch action-figure set is now up for pre-order. (Click here for the info.)

That’s groovy in and of itself, but there’s more: Mezco’s in-depth gallery of the set and all its features.

Dig this:

A few thoughts:

— Very solid likenesses, especially when you account for scale. I’m particularly taken with Julie Newmar’s Catwoman.

— My all-time favorite playset is the Mego Batcave. (Click here.) I’m also in love with Factory Entertainment’s hyper-detailed, high-end Batcave model. (Click here.) The 1973 Ideal Batman playset is one of the greatest toys ever. (Click here.) After those, this is exactly the kind of set I would have begged and begged and begged for when I was a kid.

— Quibble: I always prefer jumpsuit Riddler to suit-and-tie Riddler, but hey.

— I LOVE the POW! and BAM! sound effects that you can use in your Batfights.

  1. So, so, so, so good. Can’t wait to get this thing set up on the carpet and play along with my 4-year-old.
