BACK ISSUE Magazine to Spotlight HORRIFIC HEROES

They’re creepy and they’re kooky…

Back Issue magazine will be getting a jump start on Halloween in September with Issue #124 — spotlighting “Horrific Heroes,” such as Man-Thing, the Demon, the Creeper and other freaky faves.

Dig the official description:

Edited by Michael Eury.

A few thoughts:

Back Issue #124 is scheduled to ship Sept. 16 — give or take a week or so. Either way, it’s plenty of time before Halloween and I can certainly see myself reading the issue while listening to this.

— As always, you’ll be able to get BI at your comics shop but you can also get it straight from publisher TwoMorrows. You can even click here now to pre-order.

— I rarely write about him, but the Creeper is a favorite of mine. I miss having him around. Just mentioning that.

  1. The Brave and the Bold #178 was my first time seeing the CREEPER in action.
Really like the character, especially his Bronze Age stories.
Looking forward to reading BACK ISSUE as always.
