13 COVERS: A ROY THOMAS Birthday Celebration

The famed writer and historian turns 79…

Our 13 COVERS birthday salutes are usually reserved for artists but some writers deserve the same kind of spotlight.

Roy Thomas — born Nov. 22, 1940 — is one of them.

Thomas, naturally, put his stamp on both Marvel and DC, but this year we’re focusing on the latter with 13 COVERS from Infinity Inc., the 1980s series he co-wrote with his wife Dann and one that we’ve rarely written about at 13th Dimension.

So check out these 13 COVERS by the likes of Jerry Ordway, Todd McFarlane and other fine artists.

  1. I loved Infinity Inc. Unfortunately Crisis really screwed it up.
